HARROGATE MG 2026

We had a very successful 40th show, many thanks to all who helped in whatever way.

CLUB RUN

PICNIC, MASHAM

What a fantastic turn out for our annual wind down after the show.

The weather was reasonable and many managed an ice cream afterwards in the square.

BURLEY in WHARFEDALE CLASSIC CAR SHOW

Nine cars attended this very popular local show. It is known for the variety of marques there

but especially for a large number of Aston Martins.

BANNY’S – 27th September

Brian has planned a run to Banny’s at Colne for lunch.

Hopefully a chance to take in some Autumn scenery before the weather breaks.

Meet for coffee at Oakdale golf club at 10.00am, to leave at 11.00am latest.

Lunch is booked for 1.00pm. Fish and chips about £16.50, other options are

available. OR just enjoy the run, there is a café in the Boundary store.

Littlethorpe Manor 5th July

A few members attended the open gardens at Littlethorpe Manor and passed

comment on how good the gardens were. We will let members know when it will happen next year.

Ripon Classic Car Gathering 26th July

We had nine cars on display at Ripon, a mixture of Bs, F, and a few other marques.

It was a good day out with plenty to see.

We had planned to visit Fountains Abbey again in September to complete the walk we started in June,

Unfortunately they have closed that part of the grounds so we will schedule it for next year when it reopens.

We have arranged a visit to Bannys at Colne in September instead.

After loading the van for the show at The Walled Garden we were pleased to be invited to attend the presentation of their new minibus.

We received thanks for our continued support for their charity and were pleased to see where some of the money was spent.
