Picnic Run - Middleham

The week had been a wet one but a valiant number of club members turned up for the Middleham run.

All good for the run itself nice and dry and excellent views en route. Picnic tables set out at the Gallops but rain stopped play.

However all was not lost and we hastily packed up and went to Brymors where we spent a happy hour  under cover.

Burley in Wharfedale Classic Car Show

Again, despite weather warnings, the day turned out reasonable with only a passing shower.

This show, part of Burley’s Summer Festival, goes from strength to strength, fully booked months in

advance. The food and craft markets add to the attraction and make for a relaxing day shortly after our own show.
