Members gathered at the back of The Lamb Inn for Raintonís Summer Market.
parade of the cars was organised for 11.00am and then visitors were free to
wander round and admire them.
We moved from Rainton to St Johnís Church Knaresborough.
The car show was in aid of Church funds and we spent a pleasant time just
in the sun and chatting to people about MGs and classics in general.
On what was probably the hottest Sunday of the year (so far) the club had a pleasant Sunday lunch at Hollins Hall, Hampsthwaite.

Summer lunch is becoming a feature of the calendar and we would welcome
suggestions of other venues with such a glorious setting.
The staff always look after us well at the Queens Head. Without pre-ordering we were all served with good food within half an hour.
